These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of travel.adcmoney.in and any booking made with ADC Money Pvt Ltd, operating as ADC Money Travel. By using this website or confirming a booking, you agree to these Terms. [TODO: Legal review needed]

1. Our role

We are a travel agent. We arrange ferry tickets, accommodation, activities and transfers that independent suppliers provide. Each supplier's own terms of carriage or service also apply to your booking. We do not operate ferries, hotels or activities ourselves.

2. Enquiries and bookings

• Ferry bookings made on this website are confirmed once payment succeeds and the ferry operator issues the ticket. Timings and fares shown are indicative. If the selected sailing or class is unavailable, we will offer an alternative or a full refund, including our booking fee.
• Package bookings made on this website need an advance payment. A package is confirmed when we have checked hotel, ferry and transfer availability for your dates and sent written confirmation. If we cannot confirm it, the advance is refunded in full.
• You must give accurate traveller names, ages and ID details. Errors may lead to denied boarding, and correction charges may apply.
• All bookings depend on availability at the time of confirmation.

3. Prices and payment

• "Starting from" prices are indicative, per person on twin sharing, and may change with season, availability and supplier rates.
• GST and other government taxes are charged as applicable.
• Ferry tickets must be paid in full at booking. Packages need an advance of [TODO: e.g. 30%] to confirm, and the balance is due [TODO: e.g. 15 days] before arrival.
• We will never ask for your card PIN, CVV or OTP.

4. Travel documents

All travellers must carry valid original photo ID. Foreign nationals are responsible for holding a valid passport, visa and any permits the Andaman & Nicobar Administration requires.

5. Weather, schedules and force majeure

Ferry schedules depend on weather, sea conditions and port authority decisions. Operators may delay, reschedule or cancel sailings. We are not liable for losses caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including weather, natural disasters, strikes, government orders or technical failures. Where possible, we will help you with alternative arrangements.

6. Cancellations and refunds

Cancellations, changes and refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy and the supplier's rules.

7. Your responsibilities

• Reach jetties, hotels and activity points on time.
• Follow safety instructions, local laws and rules in protected areas, including the ban on collecting coral and shells.
• Disclose any medical conditions relevant to activities such as scuba diving.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to a booking is limited to the amount you paid us for that booking. We are not responsible for the acts or omissions of independent suppliers. [TODO: Legal review needed]

9. Website use

All content on this website, including text, design and logos, belongs to ADC Money Pvt Ltd unless stated otherwise and may not be copied without permission.

10. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at [TODO: Port Blair or your registered office city].
